By downloading, installing, accessing or using SubFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubFlow on compatible iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information or content you enter into SubFlow (subscription entries, notes, tags). You must not enter sensitive payment card numbers or other financial credentials into free-text fields. Keep backups if you need persistent copies; local storage may be lost if you uninstall the app or lose device access.
Subscription data is stored locally on your device by default. If an export feature is provided, you may use it to back up your data. Developer does not store subscription entries on developer-controlled servers in the current build. If cloud sync or server storage is added in later releases, the policy and user consent mechanisms will be updated.
All third-party trademarks, logos and names displayed in the app are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in SubFlow is for identification only and does not signify endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership. The developer will remove any logo upon receipt of a valid ownership claim and will maintain records of permissions and guideline compliance.
You agree not to use SubFlow to store unlawful material, to infringe third-party intellectual property, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app. You must not attempt to bypass App Store or platform rules.
SubFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of SubFlow is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any), or USD 50 if none. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of SubFlow, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
The developer may suspend or terminate access to SubFlow at any time for violations of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, subject to mandatory consumer protection statutes where applicable. For disputes, local mandatory jurisdictional rules apply.
The developer may modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a changed "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
